apkmaz11 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistan Players

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the apkmaz11 platform. Please read them carefully before registering or making any deposits. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using the apkmaz11 platform — whether through the website at apkmaz11.win or through the mobile application — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should stop using the platform immediately and not create an account.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and apkmaz11. They apply to all use of the platform including account registration, deposits, gameplay, bonus participation, withdrawals and any interaction with customer support. 2. Eligibility

To register and use apkmaz11, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

3. Account Registration

When registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and keep that information up to date thereafter.
  • Use a valid contact method (email address or mobile number) that you have full access to, as account communications and verification codes will be sent there.
  • Select a secure, unique password and not share your login credentials with any other person.
  • Notify apkmaz11 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else without your permission.

apkmaz11 reserves the right to refuse account registration or close an existing account at its discretion where it determines that the player does not meet eligibility requirements, has provided false information or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

Account registration is free. There are no fees for creating an account on apkmaz11. Deposits are subject to minimum amounts shown on the Deposit page.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on apkmaz11 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets.

Deposits:

  • Deposits are typically credited to your apkmaz11 account balance immediately for JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions. Bank transfers and card payments may take slightly longer depending on your bank or wallet provider.
  • Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are shown on the Deposit page and may vary by payment method.
  • apkmaz11 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider.

Withdrawals:

  • Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible.
  • Withdrawals will only be processed once any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to your account have been fully met.
  • Standard withdrawal processing times are shown on the Deposit page. VIP account holders benefit from faster processing.
  • apkmaz11 reserves the right to carry out identity verification before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.
  • Withdrawals to third-party accounts not registered in your name are not permitted under any circumstances.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

apkmaz11 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Pakistan Super League (PSL) match days and T20 international series. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

  • All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable multiplier for each bonus is stated at the time the offer is displayed or accepted. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been completed using real-money or bonus funds as specified in the offer.
  • Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance and may only be used on the game types or categories specified in the offer. Wagering on excluded games does not count towards clearing the requirement.
  • Only one bonus can be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Claiming a new bonus while an existing one is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
  • Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless the wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
  • apkmaz11 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in, any progress towards the wagering requirement that has already been made will be respected.
  • Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting promotion errors or coordinating bonus play across accounts — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account closure.

6. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

apkmaz11 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with games or the platform in place of genuine human play.
  • Exploiting software bugs, game errors or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through a known or suspected exploit are not valid and will be reversed.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including coordinated play in multiplayer games or Fish Games.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or interfere with any part of the apkmaz11 platform, including its game logic, payment processing or account systems.
  • Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial fraud. apkmaz11 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in cases of suspected financial crime.
  • Creating accounts using false identities or stolen payment credentials.

apkmaz11 monitors gameplay and transaction patterns for signs of fraudulent activity. Where suspicious behaviour is identified, accounts may be placed under review and withdrawals held pending investigation. Players will be notified of any such review via their registered contact method.

7. Game Rules

  • In the event of a technical fault during gameplay — such as a disconnection or game crash — the round in progress may be voided. 8. Account Suspension and Closure

  • Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or collusion.

Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's request and no outstanding wagering requirements apply, the remaining balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method. Accounts closed for responsible gaming reasons cannot be reopened during the self-exclusion period.

Inactive accounts with a balance may be subject to a dormancy fee after a defined period of no login activity. Details are available by contacting support before any deduction occurs.

9. Responsible Gaming
